The Dorchester Alcohol and Drug Commission will host a special presentation for DD4 students, parents, and teachers on Thursday, December 12th, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Woodland Middle School.
During this presentation, attendees will learn about important concerns such as vaping, THC, underage drinking, current trends, and more.

Wednesday 11/13 -3rd-5th Round 2. Thursday 11/14 -3rd-5th Semi Finals. Monday 11/18 -
3rd-5th Championship.

With St. George and Harleyville-Ridgeville Middle Schools merging to form Woodland Middle, this beautiful furniture is now replacing older, worn pieces, bringing a fresh sense of pride and excitement to our library. 📖🌟
Librarian Nicole Richardson has been working hard to organize and arrange the updated space, making it cozy and welcoming for our young readers. Yesterday, all the Assistant Principals from Dorchester District 4 (DD4) schools gathered for the first DD4 Assistant Principals’ Academy at Woodland Middle School. 🌟
Hosted by Dr. Sanders and Mr. Beckwith, the event provided an opportunity for collaboration, idea-sharing, and discussion of various scenarios that Assistant Principals may encounter in their roles. Dr. Sanders highlighted the resources available to each AP, while Mr. Beckwith emphasized the importance of providing training to prepare them for future principal positions. The attendees also enjoyed lunch, fostering a relaxed environment for conversation and networking. We're proud of our APs and excited for their continued growth! 💼🍎
